We keep a waitlist for the affordable (ARO) apartments we manage. Leave your contact information below and we will reach out when a unit matching your household becomes available. Requests are kept in the order they are received, and income qualification under the Chicago Affordable Requirements Ordinance is verified before any lease is signed. Joining the waitlist is free and is not a rental application.
